We ship worldwide, except:

• Belarus

• Oceania

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped from Spain.

Client must provide:

Shipping methods (Standard / Express)

Delivery times for each region (e.g., 3–5 business days, 10–14 business days)

Shipping cost for each method and region

Once provided, we will insert them into this section.

Business Days

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Customs & Duties

European Union

All taxes (VAT 21%) are paid by us in Spain.

Customers in EU countries will not be charged additional VAT or duties upon delivery.

United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Australia & Other Countries

Orders may be subject to local customs taxes or import duties depending on the regulations of the destination country.
If charges apply, the shipping carrier will contact the customer directly to arrange payment.
We are not responsible for any additional fees applied by your local customs authorities.

Changing Your Address

You can request a shipping address change on the same day the order is placed.
Once the order has been processed for dispatch, changes may no longer be possible.
To update your contact email, please message us the new address.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate.

Order Delays

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us and we will investigate the issue with the carrier.
