For reasons of hygiene and brand standards, underwear is not eligible for return or exchange. This policy allows us to preserve the integrity, exclusivity, and immaculate condition of our collections.

In the rare event that you receive a piece with a manufacturing defect, we invite you to contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing reinerougeint@gmail.com and enclosing clear photographic documentation of the concern.

Upon review, you will receive personalized return instructions. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and brand elements intact, to the company’s registered legal address.

Once received and carefully inspected, we will, at our discretion, arrange either:

• a refund to the original method of payment, or
• a replacement of the item,

within 14 business days.
